It's peak cherry season! If you're anything like me, you've been looking for every possible way to incorporate Raniers, Brooks and Bings into your diet, from yogurt topping to sorbet to clafoutis. But there may be no better way to enjoy them than mixed with the ne plus ultra of vermouths, the Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth ($25.99) and the distinguished Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Bourbon ($24.99). My dear friend Brooke over at Foodwoolf combined these two spectacular sprits into the Master Cherry Cocktail, which is sure to take the edge off a bad day, and make watching the US play Ghana this weekend even more fun.
