The 2008 Henry of Pelham Cabernet Franc Ice Wine (200 ml $29.99) is intense by definition, with vibrant fruit aromas and flavors, exhibiting strawberry and raspberry above all others. Terrific with fruit based desserts and soft cheeses, it is also wonderful in sparkling wine for a new take on a Kir Royale.
