The 'Symbiose' is a selection of vines which are grown in amphibolites soils. Free Spirits Tastings at K&L! Now that we have our license for spirits tastings in Redwood City and San Francisco, we’re excited to host regular free spirits tastings in those locations.  Check the Spirits Journal for an updated tasting schedule.

K&L's Rhône Valley and French Regional wine buyer, Mulan Chan-Randal recently returned from a Malbec marathon in France, including a visit to Château du Cèdre in Cahors. This region in the southwest of France known for its intense, deeply-color "black wines" generally made from Malbec, which is called Auxerrois here.  Read about her adventures while sipping on their meaty, black-fruited and affordble beauty, the here2008 Château du Cèdre "Cèdre Héritage" Cahors ($14.99)  this weekend...
