2010 Michel Delhommeau "Symbiose" Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie ($14.99) Delhommeau Muscadets are pretty and fresh, with bright acidity and wonderful flavors of apple, pear, and lychee. The 'Symbiose' is a selection of vines which are grown in amphibolites soils.
