2010 Michel Delhommeau "Symbiose" Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie ($14.99) Delhommeau Muscadets are pretty and fresh, with bright acidity and wonderful flavors of apple, pear, and lychee. The 'Symbiose' is a selection of vines which are grown in amphibolites soils. Free Spirits Tastings at K&L! Now that we have our license for spirits tastings in Redwood City and San Francisco, we’re excited to host regular free spirits tastings in those locations.  Check the Spirits Journal for an updated tasting schedule.

The Majestic Rippon Vineyard, Lake Wanaka, Central Otago

Thankfully the wines from Rippon live up to the vineyards unparalleled beauty. The vines are all planted on their own root stock, have been farmed organically since planting (30 years) and now have been Biodynamic for 10+ years. Wanaka is the coolest site included within the Central Otago region and Rippon's wines are incredibly elegant and complex.
